RACK App is free and can be downloaded via the App Store or Google Play. 

If you would like an ad-free experience, users can upgrade to premium for just 99p per month. 

Why not join RACK Live?

Whilst there is no obligation for app users to join RACK LIVE, we welcome everyone – big retailer, or small! Our LIVE Reporting membership starts at £10 per month. With LIVE, we will take care of reporting and managing your incident when you complete an incident log on the app. Time is money, and we will save you both!

You can cancel your account at any time. You can do this via the app. Simply click the 3 lines top right hand corner, and then select Delete Account. 

When you click delete, you have 24 hours to cancel the deletion if you wish. You can cancel the deletion by emailing uk.help@rackreporting.com. 

After 24 hours, your data will be deleted, and you will not be able to recover it. 

Only one user account can be associated per location. Employee’s however, can add their name in the ‘Reported by’ box at the start of the report. 

RACK LIVE members can have as multiple users under one retail location. 

With RACK App (free) you can only have one location associated with your email address.
