RACK Reporting is free  and can be downloaded via the App Store or Google Play. 

If you would like an ad-free experience, users can upgrade to premium for just 99p per month. 

Looking to join our community? 

Whilst there is no obligation for app users to join the community, we welcome everyone – big retailer, or small! Our community membership starts at £7/mo.

You can cancel your account at any time. You can do this via the app. Simply click the 3 lines top right hand corner, and then select Delete Account. 

When you click delete, you have 30 days to cancel the deletion. You can cancel the deletion by emailing uk.help@retailactioncrimekit.com. 

After 30 days, your data will be deleted, and you will not be able to recover it. 

Cancelling Community Membership

Please contact us on 0845 8 920911 or email uk.help@retailactioncrimekit.com to cancel your community membership. 

Only one user account can be associated per location. Employee’s however, can add their name in the ‘Reported by’ box at the start of the report. 

We now offer MSR (multi-site retailer) where you can have multiple locations linked to one retailer dashboard. Please contact us to upgrade to MSR. 

You can download RACK on both Android (Google Play Store) or the iPhone (iOS). 

You cannot currently use the app on a tablet or laptop/PC
